Is there a minimum order quantity?
For standard commercial ice machines, our MOQ is flexible — typically starting from 1-3 units for first orders. For OEM/private label orders, the MOQ is 10-20 units. We’re happy to discuss your specific needs.
Can you help me choose the right ice machine if I'm not sure what I need?
Absolutely — that’s one of our core services. Just tell us your application (seafood, restaurant, ice factory, etc.), your estimated daily ice requirement, and your budget range. Our team will analyze your needs and recommend the best-fit machine with a detailed explanation of why.
Do you provide product samples for testing?
Yes. We can arrange sample machines for evaluation. Sample cost is at unit price and can be credited to your first bulk order. We also offer factory video inspections and live video calls to show you the machines running before you commit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) as the primary payment method — typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For larger orders, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) terms. PayPal is available for sample orders.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We export ice machines to over 50 countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, and more. We handle all export documentation and work with experienced freight forwarders to deliver to your nearest port or door-to-door via DDP if needed.
